Mrs. Carter holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan -- Flint, a ZA endorsement in Early Childhood from Oakland University, and an M.P.A. from the University of Michigan -- Flint.
Mrs. Carter is a die-hard Detroit fan of the Lions, Pistons, Red Wings, and Shock.
My Belief
To touch the children who come, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, socio-economic background, or gender. How to read, write, think, compute, appreciate, the arts, speak well, and behave in socially acceptable ways, so that they can become economically independent contributing members of society.
