..... Mrs. Hubbs earned a degree in basic studies from Mott Community College, and a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Michigan -- Flint. She also holds a Master of Arts degree from U of M -- Flint, and is an Educational Specialist in Leadership and Administration which she earned from Oakland University.
