The Holmes Foundation Academy has published a web site on the World Wide Web (http://www.holmes.flintschools.org). Frequently, we will be publishing important information about events and student accomplishments. Part of this publishing may involve displaying work and photographs of staff and students.
In an effort to promote school activities and provide a degree of security for students, no personal information about the student (such as last name, home address, or telephone number) will be published. Permission must be granted to allow students to be included in school news and other information presented on our web site. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you and your child would sign this form and return it to school. This form does not necessarily mean that your child’s work or picture will definitely be featured on our web site. It only provides permission for the school to do so. Viewers of the web site will not be able to contact your child through this web site. This form need only be signed once and permission can be revoked at any time by sending a note to the office.
